The upgrade is COMPLETE. 🔥 Our powerlifting room just took a massive step forward. New platforms. New layout. More space. Better flow. Built for serious training. This wasn’t about cramming more equipment into the room — it was about creating an environment that feels different the second you walk in. Whether you’re powerlifting, strength training, athletic training, or just want a more focused training atmosphere…this space delivers. IFC continues to invest back into the member experience and into the culture we’re building here in Biddeford.
