Day 3 of our Spooktacular Showcase takes us to Colorado with @glintsandglows 🫶

Meet Samantha, a Colorado-based stained glass artist who balances life as an art director and motion graphics artist by day (quick PAUSE- WHAT?! How cool!) and a stained glass maker by night. What started as a passion for collecting hobbies and learning new skills led her to stained glass a little over two years ago. She loves the process of breaking glass and transforming it into something beautiful and one-of-a-kind, often creating pieces inspired by fantasy, nostalgia, and the stories she loves most.

For this piece, titled Cauldron Boil Me, Samantha found inspiration in the A Court of Thorns and Roses (ACOTAR) book series, creating a whimsical design with just the right touch of spooky season magic. She used our stunning Sparkling Spruce Iridescent Green Aventurine Fusers Reserve glass (which she already regrets not stocking up on 😭), letting its bold texture and character guide the entire design. In fact, Samantha often starts with a special sheet of glass and builds a piece around it, allowing the colors, patterns, and movement to dictate where the creative process leads.

Send Samantha some good vibes in the comments and be sure to check out more of her work at @glintsandglows ✨

And if you've created a spooky piece using Oceanside Glass, we'd love to feature you in this month's Spooktacular Showcase. We're still looking for artists, so send us a DM to join the fun! 🎃

Y'all absolutely blew me away this weekend! Thank you so much to everyone that came out to the Bewitched Bazaar. The amount of support this community shows for its independent makers and artists is unbelievable 🥹

The timing overlapping with the no kings protest honestly felt so fortuitous. In times like these community and supporting local is more important than ever.

I am grateful to each and every one of you who came by rather to browse, to chat, to shop, or just hang out! What an amazing weekend 🥹💖
