GRWM: Tribal Braids for NYFW ✨

As a creator going into NYFW, I need to be ready for whatever. Events, shows, last-minute invites, content days… all of it. 😂

I wanted a protective style that could keep up with the festivities but still felt like me. I had these tribal braids with a little twist saved for a minute after first seeing them on @rahelbrhane_, and now the hair is officially Fashion Week ready. ✨

Anyway… here’s the recap.

CURLFEST was basically a series of, “Wait… YOU’RE HERE TOO?!” 😂

Ran into some of my favorite creators and brands, accidentally left with fresh braids, caught up with Project Runway designers, and wrapped the day dancing with my niece.

10/10 day. Rich aunty activities were in full effect. 💅🏾✨
