🦄🏡 UNICORN ALERT! 🏡🦄

Every now and then, I meet what I call a Unicorn Buyer.

While so many people are saying homeownership is impossible, making excuses, or waiting for the “perfect time,” these buyers look at the challenge and say, “Hold my beer.” 🍻

They get focused. They make sacrifices. They stay committed. And then they make it happen.
Today, I had the honor of handing the keys to one of those Unicorns. Not only is she a first-time homeowner, but she is also the first in her family to achieve this incredible milestone. Let that sink in for a moment. ❤️

This home isn’t a mansion. It isn’t perfect. But that’s not the point.

Your first home is rarely your forever home. It’s your first step. Your first investment. Your first piece of the American Dream. It’s the door that opens every other door that comes after it.

Generational wealth starts somewhere. Legacies start somewhere. Dreams start somewhere.
And today, they started here.

I am beyond proud of you and completely in awe of your determination, discipline, and grit. Thank you for trusting me to be part of this journey.

Congratulations, Unicorn. 🦄✨ You didn’t wait for an opportunity—you created one.

Special thanks to @markarlow1 @austin.texas.ranger @firstcoast_mortgage @tolerlawllc

🏡✨ SOLD ✨🏡

Some closings are special because of the house. Others are special because of the people.
Today I had the privilege of celebrating two incredible people as they took a huge step toward building their future together. Watching them navigate this exciting season of life with so much love, trust, and excitement for what’s ahead was truly inspiring.

What made this journey even sweeter was the incredible support surrounding them. From day one, their families were cheering them on, offering encouragement, guidance, and plenty of happy tears along the way. It was a beautiful reminder that buying a home is rarely just about real estate—it’s about family, community, and creating a foundation for the memories still to come.

Thank you for allowing me to be a small part of such a meaningful chapter. Being invited into moments like these is one of the greatest gifts of this profession.

Here’s to new beginnings, future celebrations, and a home filled with love, laughter, and countless memories. ❤️🏡

If you could walk to the park, the Aldi, and be a 7 minute drive to Target, would you live here?

This home also has the cutest ADU for potential rental income!

💕 Behind the Scenes with Realtor Glo

After a 5-day stretch of nonstop showings…

Working the business all day ☀️ and showing homes all evening 🌙…

11 active buyers (which is SUCH a blessing 🙌)…Looking at ALLLLLLL the options…

ya girl had to CRASH 😴

But the best part?
My sweet Henry James got some much-needed Momma time 💙

Even if it looked like this…
both of us with our lids closed 💤

Because at the end of the day…

THIS IS MY WHY

The hustle is real, but so are these moments ✨

A night full of laughs, love, and some of the BEST gals I’m lucky enough to call my friends 💕✨

Our friend Jason Restivo took us on a full-on taste bud adventure—highlight of the night? His twist on chicken & waffles… but make it lobster 🦞🔥 YES PLEASE.

And we cannot forget our incredible server AJ—his infectious energy had us smiling all night and made the whole experience even more special!

Now let’s talk about THAT salad… shredded collard greens, fennel, pomegranate seeds, and cheese 🤤 It was fresh, flavorful, and honestly paired perfectly with both a glass of red and white 🍷

If you’re looking for the perfect night out—whether it’s with your Mr. Big or your gal pals—do yourself a favor and check out Sobremesa. You won’t regret it ✨

Another special closing for Morrell Collective 🤍🏡

I am so grateful to my wonderful clients for trusting me with their referrals—there is no greater compliment than being connected to amazing people through the relationships we’ve built.

It was an absolute honor to help this incredible couple find the perfect home to downsize and be closer to family. This next chapter is all about simplicity, connection, and making new memories—and I couldn’t be happier for them.

Thank you for allowing me to be part of such an important transition. Moments like these are exactly why I love what I do.

Cheers to new beginnings ✨

Athens, GA did not disappoint 💙

Finally made it to UGA and I think that officially means WE can say we’re from Georgia now, right?! 😂

Good food, good energy, and checking a classic GA stop off the list. Walked the campus, soaked up the college-town charm! Go Dawgs 🐾 !!
