ACCESSIBLE TRICK-OR-TREATING IS BACK - SATURDAY OCTOBER 24 // The Village lives on! Same street. New Organizers. Thanks to CTV for covering the story!

Inspired by the Treat Accessibly Family, 10 amazing 10A Street residents joined forces with @hillhurst_sunnyside to make sure the Halloween Village for kids with disabilities continue. On October 24, 2026, the inclusive Village will pop up in Kensington. Global News stopped by rehearsals for the launch of Canada’s first-ever national 2SLGBTQIA+ theatre tour! 🎭✨

The Day of Pink INSPIRE Tour brings Canadian queer and trans history off the page and onto the stage. Marking the 55th Anniversary of the historic 1971 ‘We Demand’ protest and the 50th Anniversary of the 1976 Montreal Olympic Raids, this coast-to-coast project features the world premiere of Dancing with the Past by Lawrence Aronovitch, short documentary screenings, and interactive discussions.

History isn’t just a lesson from the past—it’s an active blueprint to build a safer, more affirming tomorrow.

La tournée INSPIRE de la Journée Rose donne vie à l'h’stoire queer et trans canadienne sur scène.
