2019 Los Angeles house party footage with Wes Period and NVM, ILY, two friends and artists who helped build real communities within the California music scene. This was Los Angeles before COVID, when social media stars were first emerging, influencer culture was still taking shape, and house parties brought musicians, creators, photographers, models, and rising internet personalities into the same rooms. The song behind this video is by Wes Period and NVM, ILY, both featured throughout these memories and connected through the local Los Angeles music community they helped grow. Looking back, this feels like a time capsule of pre COVID California nightlife, early creator culture, independent music, friendship, and the final years before social media and everyday life changed forever.

On Again (I Think I Need To Go Out) featuring Wes Period is built from real memories, real friends, and a summer I still think about These old clips come from my house in North Hollywood, back when the backyard was full, the grill was going, music was playing, friends were pulling up, and every warm night had a chance to turn into something we would remember years later For me, this is where Mexican American emo, Los Angeles pop punk, alternative rock, no sabo emo identity, and real life storytelling all meet It is about the kind of summer where your friends feel like family, where a simple BBQ becomes a core memory, where the group chat turns into a packed living room, and where going outside feels like the only way to feel alive again This is for everyone who misses house parties, backyard kickbacks, late night drives, loud songs, cheap food, close friends, and the version of themselves that came out when life felt open, warm, chaotic, and possible Call your friends, make the plan, fire up the grill, play the songs that remind you who you are, and give yourself a summer worth remembering NVM, ILY has always been about memory, culture, friendship, heartbreak, Mexican American identity, and the strange beauty of growing up between worlds while trying to find your way back to yourself This one is for the people who know that sometimes the perfect night is just one phone call away  On Again (I think I need to go out) featuring @wesperiod will be yours July 10, 2026 Long live Mexican American emo Mexican American Blue available September 9, 2026
