NEW RESTAURANT ALERT 🚨 Greenpoint/Williamsburg just got a very good new neighborhood dinner spot.
⠀
@gloriabklyn is a stylish, walk-in-only restaurant from the team you might already know from @glorydaysnyc, which is actually tucked into the same building on the other side. 👀
⠀
The idea here is refreshingly simple: come by when you’re hungry, grab a table if there’s one open, order a few things + stay awhile. No reservations, no enormous menu to decipher — just a small, intentionally seasonal menu that lets really good ingredients do their thing.
⠀
And the seasonality REALLY comes through. We tried the heirloom tomatoes, golden beets + grilled leeks before moving onto the rock shrimp scampi, double cheeseburger with herb fries and chicken schnitzel. Everything was fantastic.
Another very nice surprise: almost the entire menu is gluten-free (!!), and alongside the extensive wine list, they have a fantastic non-alcoholic Australian wine option too. 🍷
⠀
It feels stylish without feeling precious, casual enough for a spontaneous weeknight dinner, family-friendly + very much designed to be a neighborhood spot.
⠀
📍 @gloriabklyn — 544 Union Ave, corner of Withers
⠀
Save this one for the next time “where should we eat tonight?” hits. 👀

Will never shut up about how much my fitness and routines have helped me to get through all the hard work of scaling @looks_and_lovers. Not to mention gives me the best start to my day, get to see so many great people @theyardgym_williamsburg and the satisfaction of seeing myself get stronger every week.
Brick by Brick… the same way I show up every day for myself in fitness, I show up for my business and have seen the growth over time.
So my motto is …. Just keep showing up!

to many long meals here with friends, cozying up with a glass of wine on the patio 🍷

Gloria is a new neighborhood spot in Williamsburg from the Aussie team behind @glorydaysnyc and I’m already in love!

Fresh dishes highlighting seasonal produce and a minimal menu that doesn’t overwhelm you. The warm lighting and design makes you feel like you’re having dinner at a friends house.
