Definitely a fingers-only-to-spread kinda mask! There's a slight warming sensation to it, but really ever so slight. Gratitude. Is it hard to be grateful? • I’ve always been a positive person, but I know how easy it is to spiral into negativity. It’s so easy drown in those feelings because they get a tight grip on you, hold you down. It’s so easy to feed those negative vibes in you. • For the past few years, when I’m feeling disheartened I practice gratitude. Practicing gratitude doesn’t have to be too dramatic. It just requires you to remind yourself of everything you DO have. • Whenever things get a bit heavy, I start a list with about everything I’m grateful by stating the most basic things, such as my family, my health, a roof over my head, people who love me unconditionally, my mom and dad who are always there, my sister for being my best friend and my brothers for being the idiots that make my life complete. I can go on more because if I’m completely honest I have so much to be grateful for. • When you look into your life you’ll always find things to be grateful for.
