For this makeover, the clients asked for a soft dreamy look with a standout feature for their loft bedroom.

The beautiful @woodchipandmagnolia wallpaper was the starting point for this design, with soft colours that the clients loved.
Complemented perfectly by @coatpaints hint of pink Axolotl colour on the remaining walls and @glowlightinguk wall lights picking up on the tones.

As the clients kept their existing dark brown bed, the light boucle bench from @thelibracompany offers a footnote that softens and blends with the overall feeling.

Dreamy, relaxing and inviting..

Supplier Spotlight

A successful kitchen space relies on more than one element — it’s the combination of craftsmanship, materials and carefully selected finishes that brings the design together.

For this project, we worked alongside:
• Howdens — kitchen & utility
• Yes Glazing Solutions — sliding doors
• Glow Lighting — kitchen pendant lighting
• Silverdale Flooring — flooring finishes

Together, these details helped create a contemporary and functional space designed for modern living.

Soft neutrals, warm brass, and timeless craftsmanship. 🤍✨

This bathroom we have recently completed proves that luxury doesn’t have to shout. From the elegant bespoke vanity and living brass brassware to the delicate fluted lighting and beautifully patterned floor, every detail has been chosen to create a space that feels calm, refined, and effortlessly inviting. Panelling has been carefully thought out and crafted to really make this Victoria inspired bathroom feel luxury and inviting. There were original features of the home also retained, such as the door bell, which functions and retains the features of the home.

This is the second bathroom completed for a lovely customer.

Designed to be enjoyed every day, while standing the test of time.

Would you choose this soft, understated look for your home?

Who doesn’t love a bookcase filled with favourite novels, old encyclopedias, collected pieces and interesting finds gathered over the years?

In our many years of designing furniture, we’ve been lucky enough to create some wonderful bookish spaces from grand libraries to cosy reading nooks, all special in their own way.

Deep warm colours, soft lighting and lots of shelving for our much loved literature create the perfect space and if there’s a rolling ladder then life is complete!

A bit old fashioned perhaps but with so much of life now lived through screens and phones, we think homes and families need spaces like this more than ever.

I bought this apartment in 2012, it‘s held a very special place in my heart. The question is…..do I let go?

For the last 7 years, it’s been rented out and if I’m honest, it became quite a sad place.

Unloved.
A little bleak.
A bit gritty.

A collapsed chimney, gas leak, government charges…..all these things made me question everything.

So this time, I decided to put myself on the other side of my job, not the agent, but the owner.

Deciding what’s worth doing…how much to invest…wondering if it will actually make a difference. My local agent actually said ~ leave it, it’s a great flat as is!

My gut instinct (and maybe a touch of experience) screamed to keep it simple; paint, flooring, and bring it back to life.

I’m not a designer but I have loved every minute of planning, prepping and presenting. Living this myself has only reaffirmed my perspective on P R E S E N T A T I O N ✨

Because the truth is….presentation isn’t just important… it’s everything.

So here’s P A R T 1.

Thinking of selling and don’t know where to start? I’m always here 🤍
