🍂✨ As Nature Slows Down, So Can We.✨🍂

Autumn reminds us that there is beauty in slowing down, letting go, and making space for renewal.

Just as the trees surrender their leaves, we too can release what we’ve been carrying and allow ourselves to rest.

Join me for Restorative Yoga, Reiki Touch & Tuning Forks, a gentle invitation to soften the body, quiet the mind, and reconnect with yourself. 🤎

Through supported restorative postures, intentional stillness, the nurturing touch of Reiki, and the soothing vibrations of tuning forks, we’ll create space for deep relaxation and inner balance.

There is nothing to achieve, nothing to perfect, and nowhere else you need to be.

Simply arrive as you are, breathe, and allow yourself to receive.

Rest. Receive. Rebalance. Reconnect.

Because rest isn’t a luxury or a reward for everything you’ve accomplished. It’s an essential part of nurturing yourself.

🍁 May this season remind you that letting go can be just as beautiful as blooming.

I look forward to sharing this sacred space of rest with you.

With Love,
Lola Cordova 🤍

Join me for my next Luminous Portal restorative sound bath at Glow Yoga in North Beach SF. Settle into gentle, reclining postures while I guide you through a soothing sound bath connected to the current movements of the cosmos featuring gongs, Reiki-infused tuning forks attuned to grounding vibrations and theta-wave states, alchemy and crystal singing bowls, ocean drum, and other magical instruments. This immersive practice is designed to calm the nervous system, restore energetic balance, and invite a sense of renewal as we welcome the season of turning inward, honoring the ancestors and deeply resting.

🍂✨ As the seasons change, give yourself permission to slow down.

Autumn is a beautiful reminder that there is a season for everything, including slowing down, letting go, and turning inward.

Join me this Sunday for a nourishing evening of Restorative Yoga, Reiki Touch & Tuning Forks, where we’ll create space to soften, release tension, and reconnect with ourselves. 🤍

Through deeply supported restorative postures, gentle Reiki touch, and the soothing sounds and vibrations of tuning forks, you’ll be invited to settle into stillness and simply receive.

No striving. No expectations. Nothing to accomplish.

Just an opportunity to rest, breathe, and be fully supported.

There is a voice inside each of us waiting to be heard.

Manoj and I are so honored to host Lis Addison, founder of Kinetic Voice, for an afternoon of vocalizations, chants, mudras and movement - a space to awaken your inner power, open the chakras and come back into energetic alignment.

As someone who teaches qigong, I’ve seen what happens when we give our energy room to move. This is that room.

Saturday, November 7 | 1:30-4:30pm

A decade ago I arrived at Orange Village Hostel on O’Farrell st. I think my first meal was at Pearl’s Deluxe Burgers nearby. Did I bring one suitcase or two? Definitely the teal one with a broken wheel. Feels like 10 lifetimes ago - 10 lifetimes I would never trade. Everything’s changed. Except my relentless pursuit of finding the magic in everything ✨🧡🫂

One of a kind Teacher Training - this October 😻 Most yoga classes have 20 of the same poses taught year after year - even though our mobility and strength grow on variety and progressive challenges.

Join us to explore the art of sequencing - sustainable, intelligent, purposeful, safe, and creative that your students continue to grow with you year after year. You’ll step outside the familiar yoga-class box and explore unexpected movements, transitions, preparations, and ideas that your students may have never experienced before.

FALL MASTERCLASS & YTT SERIES @glowyogasf 🍁 ACTIVE FLEXIBILITY + MAGNETIC SEQUENCING 🧲 This fall, I’m offering two progressive masterclass + teacher training series at Glow Yoga & Wellness in San Francisco, also available via livestream with access to the class recordings.

UNLOCK YOUR ASANA: ACTIVE FLEXIBILITY
Saturdays • 2–3:30 PM
Sept 26 + Oct 3, 10 & 17

A 4-week progressive training combining strength, mobility + active flexibility to help you access greater range of motion with control—and apply it directly to advanced asana, transitions, backbends, arm balances + inversions. Because being flexible enough to move somewhere is one thing. Having the strength to actively take your body there and control it is something entirely different.

THE ART OF MAGNETIC SEQUENCING
Tuesdays + Thursdays • 2–3:30 PM
Oct 6, 8, 13, 15, 20 & 22

A 6-session teacher training exploring the art of creating creative, intelligent + memorable yoga sequences. We’ll dive into biomechanics, purposeful transitions, progressive pathways, advanced asana + hands-on adjustments—giving you the tools to create sequences that feel intentional, unexpected and uniquely your own.

Both trainings are designed for yoga teachers + curious practitioners who want to deepen their understanding, expand their toolkit and explore what’s possible in their practice and teaching.
