We had a great day at the second annual Grayson Murray Classic! ⛳️💚

It was a special day alongside some big names in golf and even a therapy dog who can read! 🐾📚

We’re so grateful to the @gm_fdn for partnering with us to support our Facility Dog Program. Through our partnership, we’re working to bring professionally trained facility dogs into schools and mental health organizations, providing comfort and connection to young people when they need it most.

THANK YOU to the Grayson Murray Foundation and all of our supporters for sharing our commitment to mental health and helping us make a lasting impact! 💚

It was an eventful Monday as the Grayson Murray Classic took place at The Country Club at Wakefield Plantation. McConnell Golf is proud to partner with the Grayson Murray Foundation in its efforts to raise awareness of mental health challenges while honoring the life of our former junior scholar, Grayson Murray. He will forever be missed, but may his legacy live on through helping others. ⛳

My husband & I were delighted to be at the Grayson Murray Classic fundraiser tournament & dinner yesterday to raise funds for mental health for the Grayson Murray Foundation. He was so loved!

Painter Jared Emerson finger painted a painting of Carolina Hurricanes player Jacob Slavin (# 74) in about 6 minutes, upside down before flipping it (giving glory to God for his talent), & before Jacob came up to sign it. I sped it up for you to 16 seconds. It sold for $25K. (Twice!)

A very special evening including hearing from Grayson's mother to help future people struggling with mental illness to be able to get help & hope through the foundation, & a heartfelt message from Grayson's mentor & friend—the foundation president, Jeff Maness. @graysonmurray @gm_fdn @thejaredcollection

2 years ago, Grayson’s parents found “Be kind to one another” written in G’s journal along with a detailed gameplan for creating a mental health/addiction foundation. Eric and Terry brought that to life: @gm_fdn

I’ve tried to be better about living that simple quote. Being kind is not always easy. But Grayson faced much more difficult challenges.

So, in his honor, let’s be kind to one extra person today. Ask a friend how they’re doing. And hey, why not tomorrow too. And the next day.
