Meet Recap for @gmac.pl

630kg Total +40kg Total PR
7/9 4th Place

Squat: 225kg/496lbs +7.5kg Meet PR
Bench: 150kg/331lb +2.5kg ATPR +10kg Meet PR
Deadlift: 255kg/562 lbs +10kg ATPR +17.5kg Meet PR

Rollercoaster day for Gavin. Came to hit the nationals qualifying total and had a plan to do it that went out the window after a close miss on the third squat because it was dunked too far. Good news is that Gavin is a dawg and simply benched a small ATPR and then pulled a huge 10kg ATPR to secure the total anyway. Super happy for him that he will be getting to go to South Dakota in April and can't wait to see what he can do there.

Good work son
