In May I traveled to Calgary for the 20th annual Terroir Symposium where I spoke about the rap-food relationship that I’ve been studying for the past few years. As an extension of the Terroir programming I also hosted a sold-out michelinman dinner with my family at @rge_rd + my new friends Chef Jess [@kai_galway] and @benediktgudgeirsson. Easily one of the coolest parts of my year so far.

@terroirsymposium thank you so much for having me, it was an honor 🙏🏾
