Awesome comp class training today - was great to have @joe.brooka in taking the kids through a hard wrestling warm up, shark tank rounds and some good technique to get them comp ready.
Proud of these kids showing up on a Sunday and putting in the hard yards!
A big congratulations to Amaia on her promotion to Grey belt as well - been nearly training with us for two years and has come such a long way in that time.

Life’s looked a little different lately.

More beach days.
More family time.
New work. New rooms. New conversations.

Less certainty. More questions.

It hasn’t all been smooth sailing either.
Transitions never are.

When you step out of something you’ve known your whole life, you don’t instantly have the answers. You just have the next step.

This season feels like growth.
Not loud growth. Not highlight reel growth.
But internal growth.

Learning who I am without a jersey on.
Learning how to back myself in new spaces.
Learning how to be present with my girls while still chasing what’s next.

I don’t know exactly where this chapter leads.
I don’t know what it fully looks like yet either. But I do know this. I’m grateful for it.I’m enjoying it and I’ll keep showing up, keep learning, and keep trying to be better than I was yesterday.

Sometimes the middle is the most important part of the story.
And right now we’re in the middle.
