My first time in Istanbul 🇹🇷 where Europe meets Asia, history meets modern life, and every street tells a story.

Some places you visit. Others stay with you long after you leave.

This was my first chapter in Istanbul, and I’m grateful to my brothers, @khairuddeen_shamshuddin and @usama.pk for helping bring this travel film to life.

A special thank you to the @gmcsummit for the invitation and the opportunity to explore this beautiful city, create unforgettable memories, and build meaningful connections with incredible people.

A t-shirt done by different tens of people? 😲
How would that look? Would it be aesthetic enough? What are there doing??

Today we are approaching tens of different people from very different countries and regions - Norwegian, south African, Syrian, American, Australian, morrocan and much more.. All for the same objective:

Making a very special art, a hand made t-shirt with the names of the most precious people to our hearts of different ages.

To see how emotional the people get in the process and how mentally invested, says it all.

This was not to highlight us, the people who did it, or the people in the video. This is to highlight the people that deserve that visibility.

To everyone that took our hearts
We remember you - and we didn't stop ❤️‍🩹

Istanbul became far more than a host city. As a place that has connected continents, cultures, and civilizations for centuries, it mirrored the @gmcsummit's mission to bring together Muslim creators from across the world who might never otherwise have crossed paths.

Content creation is often an isolating profession, with creators working independently behind cameras and laptops. Gathering hundreds of Muslim creators in one place transformed that isolation into a shared sense of purpose and belonging.

Sometimes feeling exhausted, angry, lost, or overwhelmed doesn’t mean you need to quit.

But what if those emotions are trying to tell you something?

I asked Sister Naima B. Robert about struggles, emotional suppression, misalignment, and why self-reflection matters more than we realise.
