I went to see ‘Here’ in cinemas which marks first time I’ve made the big screen as a movie extra! It was a very fun and cool experience and the film was very sentimental, so a real rollercoaster of emotions! Thank you to my family for making it feel like a premier and making it special! I loved this audio of Tom talking about it and showing the background actors some love, a truly kind man!

And of course @heremovie for the opportunity

Music of course by me

Just drying off ready for tomorrow! Life’s a beach, deal with it. Anyone got a battery for an Ericsson?

Can’t wait to play @camdensongwritingcircle tomorrow! It’s gonna be mega and will include some exclusive stuff!! Get down by 7pm to see me, only £3 entry! If you come, you may even find out what’s under this towel ;)

I cannot believe ‘Every Day Left’ was 1 week old yesterday! It’s mad! Thank you for all your lovely support for this song, it really means the world. I have put so much into this tune and I recorded bits of it back as a 2021 Ben right through to a last month Ben.

Life feels extremely all over the place right now, and not the way I imagined when I wrote this song, but it reminds me of good times to carry me through. Love to you all ❤️ #beach #beachbody #diving #divinglife

Thank you Ini for these wonderful piccos of the stag! A few photos speak a thousand words.

This was such a special day, so many wonderful conversations with people that I love dearly! I appreciated feeling like a bloody stag bloke but also not feeling obligated to partake in a facade of problematic antics in an attempt for masculine group solidarity! In other words, good god I appreciate these friends, how I can be myself and feel comfortable around them! 🤍

Bit of a sneaky little video dump from me here but I love these things, few little clips of general stuff and the process!! Been getting out and about and trying to reconnect with the things I love in life and I’m so thankful for these little pockets of joy I’ve had this year. This first vid is quite silly but there’s three different modes of transport in one video WHATTT (4 if you include walking!!), tell me you don’t like that!

Hope everyone is good and is taking good care of themselves!! Love to you all x

Had a great time at the automaton novelty place near Holborn- thanks to the Grinham’s for finding this gem and giving the boys a bag of gold to spend
