Trending so you know how to try it. 😉📈

But what if I told you what WE do isn’t a trend?

- 50+ years in business.
- A patented compensation plan that plays by a completely different set of rules.
- The ability to out-earn your upline based on how you build your business.
- No business partners required. You can build through direct sales alone.
- No monthly minimums forcing you to stay active. Step away, come back, and build on your terms.
- A product classified as a medical device, backed by rigorous certifications and quality standards.

And the plot twist?

Nat made $20K in this business JUST LAST MONTH. 🤯

We’re not here to chase the next trend. We’re building something with the potential to pay us long after the trend cycle ends.

Because imagine if the thing you started building in your spare time today became the thing that funded your retirement tomorrow…

Curious enough to see how it actually works?

Let us know. We’ll show you the business model, break down the compensation plan, and let you decide if it’s worth exploring.

Your future self might thank you. 🥂

⏱️ **The 5-Minute Rule** ⏱️

Here’s something I’ve started practicing, and it’s changing how I move through hard days:

**You’re allowed to be angry for 5 minutes.**

Not 5 hours. Not 5 days. Five minutes.

Set the timer. Feel it all. Vent to your journal, pace the kitchen, say the thing out loud to the empty car. Your feelings are real, and they deserve space.

But when that timer goes off, ask yourself one question:

👉 **Is this in my control?**

If yes, make a plan and take the next step.
If no... **you must let it go.**

🧠 Here’s the science: the initial chemical surge of an emotion in your body lasts only about 90 seconds. After that, what keeps us angry is the story we keep replaying. Every time you rehearse the frustration, you strengthen that pathway in your brain. Every time you release it, you train your brain toward peace instead.

🐝 This is what it means to **Be the Bee, Not the Fly.** Flies circle what’s rotten. Bees go looking for what’s sweet. Don’t let something you can’t change steal the sweetness from the rest of your day.

🙏 Even Scripture gives us permission to feel it, with a boundary: *”Be ye angry, and sin not: let not the sun go down upon your wrath.”* (Ephesians 4:26)

Feel it. Name it. Release it. Move forward.

What’s one thing you’re handing over today? Drop it in the comments and let it go. 👇

I asked one question. this is what came back...

not one of them said the money. the money is great, it’s just never the part anyone talks about. this business offers so much more... the community, freedom and getting to BE YOURSELF is unmatched.

I had coworkers for eighteen years. I never had this. grateful every day!!

if you’re after more than just a paycheck, comment FREEDOM to see how it works. 🤍

I spent eighteen years dreading work trips. now I help out them on and don’t need a vacation from it!

We are heading to Spain next month!! 🇪🇸 Comment FREEDOM if you want to see how this actually works 🤍

There’s one thing you’ve been avoiding. You know what it is. You’ve tried every way around it.

Avoiding it costs you. Your energy. Your time. Your money. Your relationships.

So do the dang thing. Then watch what shifts. 💫🙌

Tell me in the comments what you’re doing this week. 👇

I ran that exact itinerary for eighteen years. so. many. conference rooms!!! and so little sleep.

6am gym so I could survive nine hours in a freezing ballroom. multiple energy drinks. small talk over a shitty box lunch. a happy hour where nobody was actually happy. late nights and early mornings. zero time for myself or any type of self care of fun.

I didn’t hate it. I just didn’t know there was another way.

fast forward to now… this was our last work event together last month :)

and these aren’t coworkers. they’re friends & framily I’ll have for the rest of my life.

we are heading to SPAIN next month and I have ONE spot left if anyone is feeling frisky and wants to go!! 💃🇪🇸

Send me a DM or comment “FUN” if you want the deets on our Spain event happening next month!!

I’m the person who orders the labs. Who loves optimization. I believe in the data.

And I still say this to women every week: sometimes the answer is less.

If you’ve added the supplements, the IVs, the workouts, the therapy, the specialists, and you still feel like something’s off, look at what you haven’t been willing to take away. A nap. An open morning. Saying no.

Your body has been giving you the signal. Adding more is how we avoid hearing it. 🤗💛

On this day two years ago, September 9, 2024, I got down on one knee and asked the love of my life to marry me. ❤️

Natalie, you have been one of the absolute greatest blessings in my life. We push each other to grow, we laugh constantly, we have so much fun together, and somehow life just feels better with you by my side. Thank you for being the best wife a guy could possibly ask for. 🙏

You are the most beautiful, kind, compassionate, talented, and loving woman I know. I’m so incredibly proud of the life we’re building together, and I genuinely can’t imagine doing any of this without you.

Until the end of time, my darling. ❤️

I love you more than I could ever put into words.

There are moments in life that permanently change the way you see the world. This was absolutely one of mine.

Last week, my wife @gnatpeyton and I had the immense honor of sitting down with Ruth Cohen, a Holocaust survivor who was only 14 years old when she was deported to Auschwitz-Birkenau.

It is difficult to put into words what it felt like to sit across from someone who lived through something we grow up learning about in history books. Someone who experienced unimaginable cruelty, loss, starvation, sickness and suffering, yet was sitting right there in front of us more than 80 years later.

I asked Ruth how she kept going. How, after everything she endured, she found the strength to continue when it would have been so easy to believe there was nothing left to hold onto.

Her answer was one word: HOPE. She never lost hope. That answer has stayed with me.

If you’re battling addiction, struggling with your mental health, grieving, hurting, or sitting in a place today where you genuinely cannot imagine things getting better, please don’t give up. Hold onto whatever piece of hope you have left. Sometimes that tiny piece is enough to carry you into tomorrow.

Ruth, thank you from the bottom of my heart for sharing your time, your story and your wisdom with us. Meeting you put so much of life into perspective and reminded me just how much we have to be grateful for.

Never forget what happened. Never forget those who were lost.

NEVER underestimate the power of hope.
