@glsgoata_education on the Non Contact ACL Tear Pattern.

You’ll see similar (bad) landings over and over and over again with these injuries.

What you’ll also see is athletes repping out this foot and ankle behavior in the weight room. 🏋️‍♂️

@goata_coach with ways wide receivers can work on their route tree, but stay GOATA.

These explosive moments are usually where the injuries happen.

However, if you reverse engineer things and work on it in a more controlled way…not only will your routes be cleaner, you’ll stay healthier in the process.

And the GOATA Groundwork helps you (slowly and gently) work through that compression.

Then you progress to Squats, Lunges, Hinges, etc.

@glsgoata_education on the GOATA Squat and Hinge Pattern.

Keep it simple…

The process of cleaning up your squat and hinge starts on the ground. 🧘‍♂️

Regaining your Innate Mobility gives you better access to your back chain.

@glsgoata_education on the (GOATA) movement of children and the indigenous.

It’s important to note…

Even babies and young children can be decoded (crooked feet) ⬅️

The Woata Lifestyle of baby walkers, strange sitting devices, tight shoes and rushing kids to walk…

Just a few ways a young child’s movement development can be disrupted.
