Camelson - bust painted as a gift for the 40th birthday of my dear friend @camelsonart
Some time ago, an idea came into my mind to make a special gift for a special friend on a special birthday of his! I contacted the immensely talented sculptor @goblin_storage and here we are. A huge thank you to @goblin_storage for this fantastic sculpt which captured Camelson perfectly. I highly recommend this sculptor to anyone who’s interested. There are a few painted versions of this sculpt already, @lanstudio posted one too :) Check it out, its amazing!
I also want to thank my friend @piotrek_paradowski for the quick and high quality 3D print as always!
Camelson is the heart of every miniature painting event, party and gathering. He is a kind and loving dude which so many people love, so I hope you’ll enjoy this project as well 😎
All the best to you all!

Najbardziej prymitywne były trolle kamienne, znane m.in. z Hobbita. Później pojawiły się bardziej niebezpieczne trolle jaskiniowe i górskie, wykorzystywane przez siły Saurona podczas wojen. Najpotężniejsze były trolle Olog-hai, hodowane pod koniec Trzeciej Ery – silniejsze, bardziej inteligentne i zdolne do działania w świetle dnia dzięki mrocznej magii

The second of the mighty trolls from Gundabad. Model sculpted and created by @goblin_storage – check out their page for more amazing models!

Trolls in J.R.R. Tolkien’s “The Lord of the Rings” universe are powerful, brutal creatures created by Morgoth as a twisted imitation of the Ents.

There were several types of trolls in Middle-earth. The most primitive were the Stone Trolls, known for example from The Hobbit. Later, more dangerous Cave Trolls and Mountain Trolls appeared, used by Sauron’s forces during wars. The most powerful were the Olog-hai, bred at the end of the Third Age – stronger, more intelligent, and capable of operating in daylight thanks to dark magic.

Ten wspaniały model pochodzi z kolekcji @goblin_storage , zobaczcie jakie jeszcze modele możecie tam znaleźć!

Trolle z Gundabadu należą do najokrutniejszych pomiotów północy.

This awesome model comes from the @goblin_storage collection—check out what other models you can find there!

The Trolls of Gundabad are among the most brutal spawn of the North. Bred in the darkness of the fortress of Gundabad by the servants of the Shadow, they are larger and more resilient than their kin from the Misty Mountains, with skin as hard as cracked basalt and eyes glowing with a cold, pale light. In Peter Jackson’s film adaptation of The Hobbit, they marched on Erebor during the Battle of the Five Armies alongside the Orcs of the North, shattering Dwarven lines and crushing shield walls like living battering rams - although in Tolkien’s The Hobbit the battle is described as being fought only by Orcs from Gundabad, goblins, and wargs.

🔥 How about facing a real dragon up close?

The Evershade Lake Drake with its hatchling, fiercely guarding its offspring – set on a desert-rock base – is a phenomenal model from @goblin_storage ! Thanks to his kindness, I had the chance to bring this epic scene with a predatory dragon to life! 🐲

The color scheme is inspired by the Cave Drake from a YouTube tutorial created by the biggest Lord of the Rings fan himself – @mr.underhill_miniatures ! Huge thanks for your amazing work 🐉✨

And since we’re talking about dragons, of course I had to add music from Game of Thrones, where dragons play such an iconic role – as they usually do in fantasy worlds! 🎶
