We hired a GoBoat in Canary Wharf for sunset and it was everything 🛥️

No licence. No experience needed. Just you, your people, a picnic, and the most unexpected view of London you've ever had.

GoBoat lets you captain your own electric boat around the Canary Wharf docks at your own pace. The boats are solar powered, completely silent, and so easy to drive that within five minutes you forget you've never done it before.

We timed it for sunset and the light hitting the glass towers of Canary Wharf from the water is something else entirely. A view of London you genuinely cannot get from land.

Bring your own drinks and snacks — there's a table built into the boat. Grab something from the market nearby before you board and make an evening of it.

Two hours goes very quickly. Book in advance — the sunset slots sell out fast.

📍 GoBoat London, Canary Wharf, West India Quay
🕐 Book at goboat.co.uk
⛵ No licence required, suitable for everyone

🌊 8 BOATS. 53 PEOPLE. ONE MISSION.

What happens when a business takes its ESG commitments out of the boardroom and onto the water?

You get @studiokoto × @uoceanproject 💙

For our final London boat clean-up of the year through @vayyufoundation , 53 incredible people took to 8 boats across Regent’s Canal and Central London — getting hands-on to remove waste and stop plastic travelling through our waterways towards the ocean.

This is what corporate sustainability should look like.

🤝 Bringing teams together
🌊 Protecting our waterways
♻️ Tackling plastic pollution
💙 Creating tangible ESG impact

No greenwashing. No sitting on the sidelines.

Just people, purpose and planet in action.

A huge thank you to everyone at KOTO for continuing to show what happens when business becomes part of the solution.

And yes I took the baby too 🤍

Bored of seeing London from the ground? Now you can see canary wharf in all its glory from the water, with goboats winter pods which are so snuggly! They have blankets and a portable speaker, you can take your own food or order from them to the boat 🚤

It’s relatively easy to drive (once you get the hang of it 🤣)

For all info booking head to @goboatldn

*we did this in Feb but I’ve checked and you can book online.

A private boat day in London just hits different.

GoBoat’s newest cruise boats are such a vibe. You can bring your own food, drinks and music and make a whole day of it.

We had another fantastic adventure with @goboatldn onboard their new boat this weekend. AD|

This one is great if you've got little ones who love to watch the locks being opened as we got to go through one thanks to having our own onboard skipper! We also got to explore so much more of the river too, spotting some very interesting houses and birds!

Thanks for having us back Go Boats

They have locations at Thames Ditton, Paddington, Canary Wharf and Kingston. (Their new boat is at their Thames Ditton location)
And prices start at £99 for an hour, for upto 8 people.

You can take your own food and drink onboard as well as well behaved pups.
