Last stop on "When In Columbia" tour we see it's a packed house at @kikischicken but what are the folks craving for?? Maybe it's their Soul Waffle ‼️

A local in Greenville, SC recommended me this spot 2 weeks prior to this visit (Thanks Michelle). The menu has large variety of items to choose from.

Of course I've read some mixed reviews but speaking my experience I enjoyed what I got. The food was fresh, seasoned but not overwhelming (Grilled Pork Chops, Whole Honey Wings).

If anything, start with their Signature "Red Velvet Waffle" 🧇

Next stop on "When In Columbia" tour one of the locals sent me to @thetoastyhotspotsc

Female Owned with Southern Lowcountry Roots, Sai & her team is just whipping up 🔥 in the kitchen. I was amazed by every dish. The main character is the "Gullah Grits" mannn! Still thinking about that dish as I'm typing this.

Highly recommend getting a reservation but keep the parties minimum under 12. It's small inside yet inviting!

BOUNS + Parking is dirt cheap. I paid less than $4 for 2 Hrs (Atlanta would never 😂), Walkable Restaurant/Bars Nearby

1st stop of the "When In Columbia" tour we visited @cantina76main which was 5 mins walking distance from my hotel.

I wouldn't call them your traditional Mexican restaurant, they add a little twist to their menu like example: The Alabama Brisket Quesadilla 🍖 which in my opinion stole the show.

They have award winning Margaritas and you get to keep your Gamecocks glass. Plenty of TVs to catch a sporting game.

Bonus + Happy Hour 4-7pm, Parking is dirt cheap it becomes free after 7pm and free weekends
