Happy 30th to my best friend, Fawkes’s favorite parent, and my rock. I’m so thankful for you, your joy, your patience, and your drive. The cats and I are very lucky to have you. Even though you’re old now, we still love you and are always in your corner. I hope you had the best weekend and I can’t wait to see where the next 30 take you!

since they’re digital, you can’t tell. and though the way i meet with these heroes is now mostly virtual, our connection is more than wifi and fiber optics— it’s of the heart. spirit and soul.

Viver com Jesus é, sem dúvida, surpreendente. Durante anos ouvi que havia um chamado missionário sobre a minha vida, mas a verdade é que nunca dei a devida importância. Eu queria viver confortavelmente, dentro da religiosidade, buscando apenas satisfazer os meus próprios desejos. Mas Jesus sempre nos convida para algo muito maior do que isso.

Quando entendi que só Ele pode preencher o vazio que existe em nós, e que a maior recompensa que podemos ter é um relacionamento verdadeiro com Ele, tudo mudou. Foi no secreto, quando comecei a separar tempo só para Ele, longe dos holofotes e das distrações, que meu coração começou a queimar por uma oração sincera: ‘Eis-me aqui, envia-me a mim.’

Missão não é sobre mérito, nem sobre estar pronto. É sobre disposição. É sobre dizer sim quando Deus chama. É estar com o coração disponível, mesmo quando ainda há medos e dúvidas. É entender que Ele não escolhe os capacitados, mas capacita os que dizem sim.

Viver com Jesus é um caminho de renúncia. Às vezes desconfortável, mas sempre cheio de propósito. E quando entendemos o valor incomparável de conhecer a Cristo e ser achado nEle, nada mais importa.

BRAZIL!! 🇧🇷

Spending the last two weeks serving and learning in Brazil was like no other!! I am so thankful for this country, this time and this team. The Lord was so evident everywhere we went teaching how to be better servant leaders like Jesus. I am so grateful for Global Impact and the month of June where we could truly leave everything behind to serve and follow Jesus making disciples across the nations🤍

Thank you to everyone who made this trip possible for me with FCA and I cannot wait to go back!

So I’ve been sitting here trying to wrap my head around what has happened. What God has done over the past three years is nothing short of a miracle. He truly has his hand on me, and I don’t even have words to describe how I feel. I am more than grateful for how he has blessed us and shown his favor. This team truly is special, and I thank God that he has allowed me to lead them. Every day is not easy, but every challenge has been an opportunity for God to grow me both as a Coach and a person.
There’s no one greater than Yahweh! No one deserves the glory, but Him. Post season, here we come! 🙌🏿
