Project Trauma: solo game development step by step

This game is not going to have voices, honestly... but there was ONE CHARACTER who I felt really had to "talk" in the game, to really add context to the whole thing.

Still a Work In Progress, but huge thanks go to the awesome Yurie Hoyoyon for acting the part and providing the voice!

Project Trauma: solo game development step by step.

HOW IT WORKS:
- The more time you spend in a stressful situation, the more your stress level rises
- As your stress level rises, so do the chances a nearby enemy will hear you breathing
- When an enemy hears you breathing, it'll get near your hiding spot looking for you
- As the enemy is listening for you, the breath control minigame will appear on screen. The speed of the expanding/contracting circle and the thickness of the success area will vary depending on how difficult the enemy is.
- Stop the circle in the win area to succeed; wait too long, or stop it in the wrong area, to lose.
- Every successful try lowers the difficulty of the minigame by 1 (unless difficulty is already on the easier one)
- Win 3 times, and the enemy will lose aggro and go back to patrolling.
- Lose 3 times, and....

Project Trauma: solo game development step by step.

STRESS:
- Certain events can rise your stress level.
- Being near an enemy will rise your stress level.
- As stress increases, a dedicated sound will play.
- As stress increases, a dedicated effect will play.
- Getting away from the stressful situation lowers the stress level, the dedicated sound, and the screen effect amount.

...+ one secret related mechanic I'm not going to share :)

ENEMY WIP:
- If an enemy SEES YOU as you hide, it'll know where you are, and it'll come over to end you.
