There was so much fitness fun today! .
.
.
After coaching all morning, i caught up with my OG #nyc #fitfam @onemorecupcake and @keishasaddler. Then off i went to my beloved 330 Wednesday @tonehouse with some of my faves. We finished it up with a #happybirthday class for two of the best to ever do it, @egreco002 and @jaykayceee. .

One of my fave things about #fitness is the community that is created! Love you guys 💪🏽

Shoutout to all my dream chasers and the dream supporters. A little support could be the difference between marginal and BIG time success. Keep pushing! #sbs
