Keeping our education sharp keeps patient safety at the center of everything we do. 🤍

Today, we trained in ultrasound techniques to better visualize the anatomy beneath the skin, understand tissue depth, and identify blood vessels to help guide safer treatment decisions.

Even with years of experience, there is always more to learn. Continuing education, thoughtful technique, and respect for anatomy are essential to the care we provide.

Beautiful results matter. Your safety always comes first. ✨

She got Botox for a friend's wedding and ended up with a severely drooped eyelid. That single bad experience is exactly why Gohar started doing her own injections.

That kind of pivot takes serious nerve.

Gohar Abrahamyan went from neurosurgery trauma calls to running multiple med spas and a thriving academy, all while holding onto a strict medical oath.

Her biggest rule? Honesty over wallets. If a trend isn't right for you, or if you're chasing an impossible standard, she'll tell you no.

That’s a masterclass in boundaries.

I get so many patients asking about jowls- how can we get rid of this “bump” on their jawline. -

☝️ - let’s talk about How to prevent them. Actually resting them is different from 👇

Most people don’t realize there’s a muscle called the platysma that runs from your chest all the way up your neck and wraps around your lower face. And as we age, that muscle starts pulling down.

That downward pull? That’s what creates jowling.

And here’s what nobody is talking about —>

You can treat it with tox.

It’s called a jowl lift or if you really want to go for it- I also do a Nefertiti Lift. And when it’s done correctly it is one of the most underrated preventive treatments available right now.

When we relax the platysma muscle with tox, we remove that constant downward tension on the lower face. The muscles that pull up can now do their job without fighting against the ones pulling down.

The result:
✦ Softer jowling
✦ Better jawline definition
✦ A lifted lower face
✦ No filler. No surgery. No downtime.

This is not a treatment that will help everyone and it requires an injector who deeply understands facial anatomy. Placed wrong it affects swallowing and your smile.

But in the right hands?

It’s a game changer for anyone in their 30s and 40s who wants to get ahead of lower face descent before it becomes a surgical conversation.

Prevention is always easier than correction. 🤍

Next video is how to treat them or DM for my secrets to treat the jowl!!
