Rayalaseema Style Panner Butter Masala. For the gravy base: On a pan, use 5 tomatoes, 3tbps Cashews, 1tbps Pista, 1 large chopped onion, 1" Cinnamon, 2 pods of cardamom, 2 green chillies, 3 Kashmiri chillies, 2 Guntur chillies(Here you see the Rayalaseema adjustment) 6-7 pods of garlic and 1" ginger, add half litre water, boil till soft, grind and make a puree. Today, I used @gokuteera Panner, man! This is the best Panner I've ever had. Look at the softness there. The best out there. Comes from a farm in Malavalli, a town in Mandya, this is definitely a competition for the biggies. Now, on a skillet or a cooking pan, Add 5TBPS butter, 1 tbps Kashmiri Chilli powder, half a cup onions, puree, Panner and salt. Boil in a low flame, for 15 minutes in the skillet and this is amazing. ₹315 for a KG, which is way lesser than the biggie brand #ghatotkatchaeats #panner #pannerbuttermasala #cookingathome #quarantine #cookingvideos #cooking #recipes #recipevideo #indianfood #foodvlog #curry #bangalore #ifoundawesome #sobangalore #karnatakagram #north #india #northindianfood #bangalorefoodies #food #foodblogfeed #karnataka #kannada #buzzfeedindia #reelsfood #reelsinstagram #reelitfeelit
