2026-27 NHL POWER RANKINGS!! 👀🔥 WEEK 4️⃣

The Rangers, Ducks, and Leafs with short stints in my top 10 as they have just fallen out, the Leafs in particular with not too great of a week. They have been replaced by the Mammoth at 10, the Panthers back in the top 10 at 9, and the Red hot Bruins all the way up at 6 😳

The Avs are one of the biggest fallers of the week. They aren’t playing horrible, just not like the Avs we are used to, and they are being passed up by some teams playing great hockey, but still the Avs deserve to be top 10 ❄️

The Senators continue to surprise people, and remain in the top 10, but they are riddled with injuries, and we will see how long they can hang on 👀

The Wild and Lightning picked up where they left off last year. Great regular season teams that will possibly be on this list all season, but can they get it done in the post season 🤔

The Oilers dropped one spot, but not due to them playing poorly, Vegas has just looked that good, and the Knights have jumped the Oil and the Hurricanes who just lost to Calgary, leaving that first spot up for grabs for VGK. The gap between 2 and 3 with Carolina and Edmonton was tough to decide, but I have to go with the defending cup champs still in week 4 🏆

BIASED TAKE FRIDAY: WEEK 3️⃣

The Golden Knights are off to one of the hottest starts in the NHL, and a big part of that is Jack Eichel being a beast for VGK. I had this take last year but it’s confirmed Eichel is a top 5 Center 🔥

Quinn Hughes still has not signed in Minnesota, and I think a big part of it is not being able to bring one of his buddies over to the team. I am really starting to believe he is not in Minnesota next year and possibly traded this season again 😳

The Leafs had an epic collapse last night, and although Matthews has been playing great to start the year, I still think they miss a player like Marner, and I don’t love their back end. McKenna will be great but it’s not Marner yet, the Leafs are going to miss the playoff yet again 👀

Finally, this is not really that hot of a take after how poorly they have played this year, but I don’t think it’s fixable this year, and last year could have been a bit of a fluke. The Flyers are going to finish last in the NHL 🗑️
