A little about my journey to @ochamode 🍵
Growing up in Shizuoka, Japan, ocha was always part of my everyday life. After years away from my hometown, I found myself returning to the rituals I grew up with and rediscovering what ocha meant to me.

That journey eventually became ochamode🌱

Now based in the San Francisco Bay Area, I hope to share the ocha lifestyle with you, one cup at a time 🍵

We’ll be at @kqed Edible Atlas tomorrow✨ @kqedfood

A celebration of the Bay Area’s diverse cultures and stories through food 🌎

We’re excited to share a taste of Shizuoka, Japan, and our ocha culture with you 🍵💚

📍 Bloc15 252 2nd St, Oakland, CA 94607
📅 Saturday, Sept. 19
⏰ 12–5 PM

Our ocha is available @_sf76 @bernalcutlery @teaonpiedmont @golden.outside @morningtide.shop @thehiddencafe @of.all.places @sweetbites_brunch @dearjohnshop

back in march i did my first surround sound, where i make a beat live on the spot in a public place

@golden.outside was gracious enough to let me utilize their space. i had a lot of fun, kicked it with some friends, and made a saucy beat

something i’m very proud of myself for is my ability to bring an idea to life. over the past 3 years i’ve become my own event producer. having an idea and then doing the work to make it happen is something i’ve become really good at.

one of the biggest lessons i’ve learned in my adult life so far: you never know until you ask. so many wonderful opportunities have materialized because i simply asked

if you move with good intention, people will wanna help you on your journey. that’s another life lesson i’ve acquired

huge thank you to @novalikeastar for recording these videos and @longanisaburps for capturing these photos! #independentartist #bayareaartist #oakland #livemusic #musicproducer
