HIGH VALLEY | BEFORE & AFTER

A transformation rooted in restraint.

We took the original bones of this home and reimagined them through a warmer, more modern lens—opening the interiors, simplifying the architecture, and creating a stronger connection between the house and its surroundings.

Natural wood, stone, warm plaster and a quiet material palette brought new life to the home, while the original character and rooflines became the foundation for something entirely new.

Sometimes the best transformations aren’t about starting over. They’re about seeing what was already there differently.

Swipe to see the transformation.

Happiest of Birthdays to MY one and only and THE one and only Doreen Gabay ! I love you to the moon and the stars. You are my best friend & wife ,amazing mother to our kids , magical florist , sometimes chef , master creative and my creative source of inspiration. You do it all with class and grace and for that I am beyond grateful. And although this past year has had its challenges I’m sure your Aba is smiling down on you from heaven and blowing out your candles with you. I love you forever boo 👻❤️‍🔥🫶🏼♾️ 🪬🧿

Introducing The Reserve at Royal Oaks.

Beyond a winding gravel drive and beneath a canopy of mature pines and oaks lies a new kind of residence in Royal Oaks.

Cedar, limestone, plaster, walnut, white oak and copper come together in a home shaped as much by its landscape as its architecture. Warm, private and deliberately understated.

4 bedrooms · 6 baths · theatre · office · pool · outdoor kitchen

Here’s to the girls who hyped each other up in the bathroom mirror, fixed each other’s dresses, and made Prom 2006 one for the books. 💕✨💃🪩💕

From a romantic proposal on the shores of Lake Como to an Italian-inspired engagement celebration, Lulu & Alon’s love story came full circle. 🇮🇹✨

Inspired by the beauty, romance, and effortless elegance of Italy, every detail was designed to transport guests. From the warm color palette and lush florals to the intimate atmosphere that made the evening feel like a celebration in the heart of Tuscany.

We love creating events that tell a story, and this one was truly unforgettable.

Congratulations, Lulu & Alon. We can’t wait for the next chapter. ❤️
