Today is a very special day: Closed Door Interview day. A moment where we have the opportunity to go beyond the stage, talk about meaningful topics, share our thoughts and values, and show a little more of who we truly are.

Miss Universe Pakistan discovers Puerto Rico 🇵🇷❤️🇵🇰

Anyone who knows me knows how much I love discovering new cultures. Lately I’ve been watching videos and learning more about Puerto Rico and I have to say, my excitement is growing.

As a foodie, I couldn’t wait to try Puerto Rican cuisine. Luckily I found an amazing chef, who prepares traditional Puerto Rican dishes. Fun fact: He learned from the grandmother of one of his closest Puerto Rican friends in the US.

Through this experience I had the chance to try Mofongo, Tostones and a delicious dessert whose name the chef had forgotten. If you recognise it please tell us in the comments.

I haven’t even arrived yet and I’m already beginning to fall in love with Puerto Rico. I can’t wait to meet the people, explore its adventurous places and taste even more food.

I often think back to the day I began my journey in pageantry. I had no idea what awaited me, simply filled with lots of curiosity and excitement and a dream that I carried since my childhood.

Miss Universe is that one platform I had always dreamed of. As a little girl, I didn’t really understand that Pakistan was not yet represented. I only saw these beautiful, almost fairy-like women inspiring girls and woman around the globe.

As I grew older I had convinced myself that I had become more realistic and that some dreams remain dreams. Even after entering pageantry and even after Pakistan had joined I never applied, because I didn’t believe I was good enough. I didn’t believe I was ready.

Until one day, I changed my mindset. I decided to give pageantry a final chance and give that chance to the platform I had always just dreamed of, Miss Universe.

And today, here I am: Miss Universe Pakistan 2026. 👑

Someone still needs to pinch me. 🙈🇵🇰🤍
