Shining our next Impact Spotlight on ICL golfer Oscar Olmedo! ⛳️✨

Listen in as Oscar shares how he combined his passion for golf with dedication, consistency, and meaningful community engagement to create a life-changing impact beyond the course.

Oscar’s family shared: “This achievement was not about one person, but about what can happen when people come together with a shared purpose. Every comment, every word of encouragement, and every donation played a role in making this life-changing surgery possible.

We wanted to share this with you because we truly believe it shows that when we act together, we can create meaningful change. Oscar learned firsthand that effort, compassion, and community can go hand in hand.”

This is what the ICL spirit is all about — passion fueled by purpose, and success measured not only in performance, but in impact.

A huge thank you to Oscar for sharing his story and for reminding us that when we rally together, incredible things happen 💫

Recap from California ☀️⛳️

We had an amazing time in California with the whole family. The weather was beautiful — perfect for golf.

Isaac faced a tough challenge playing from 5,600–5,900 yards. His short game was solid in the first tournament, but in Palm Springs, the putts just wouldn’t drop. We even lost a few balls and took some penalties, but it was all part of the learning experience.

As the youngest competitor in the field, Isaac gave it his all — carrying his own bag and managing the course on his own. He’s determined to come back stronger next year with this experience behind him.

A big highlight of our trip was finally meeting the #1 junior golfer, Naphor. They had a great round together at El Camino CC and Aviara Golf Club. Naphor even volunteered to caddy for Isaac during the 2026 World Championship qualifier — where Isaac came from 5 strokes behind to win 🥇 place!

After a busy few weeks, we’ve decided to skip Pinehurst this year to focus on getting Isaac’s swing and game back on track.
