We were proud to help bring Golf for COPS to Oak Hill Country Club as the organization expanded beyond South Florida for the first time.

JPSE partnered with The McDavid Charities on their Inaugural Golf for COPS Star & Stripes event to manage the golf tournament, oversee the silent & live auctions, execute sponsor activations, and bring the event experience to life—from planning through on-site execution. Our focus was creating a seamless, engaging experience that honored the mission while delivering value for sponsors, golfers, and guests.

The overwhelming support from the Rochester community, Oak Hill Country Club, law enforcement, volunteers, and sponsors made this inaugural event an incredible success and demonstrated how powerful this mission can be in communities across the country.

🇺🇸 4th of July | Freedom 4 Miler 🇺🇸

There was something special about racing on Independence Day as we celebrate 250 years of America.

One year ago, I never imagined I’d be chasing finish times and age group podiums. Today I crossed the line in 29:06 (7:17/mile) and finished 2nd out of 28 in the 45–49 age group.

Marathon training isn’t always about the big race in October. It’s about showing up for the workouts, testing yourself along the way, and celebrating the small victories that keep you moving forward.

Grateful for the opportunity to compete, push my limits, and honor the holiday one mile at a time.

Today marks Day 1 of a 20-week build toward the Marine Corps Marathon.

Just over a year ago, I had never run.

Over the past six months, I’ve competed in three half marathons and built a foundation around training, nutrition, recovery, and discipline. What started as a challenge is now the standard.

In late September, I turn 50.
This is how I’m choosing to meet it.

This phase is different.
Longer miles. Earlier mornings. More focus.
No shortcuts.

But this isn’t just about the race.

Throughout training and on race day, I’ll be running to support three organizations that represent something bigger than any finish time:

• Folds of Honor
• Golf for COPS
• Tunnel to Towers Foundation

Having grown up outside Washington, D.C., with family and friends who have served, this carries real meaning. The goal is simple: use the miles to bring awareness to causes that matter.

Training will be consistent and disciplined
4:30 AM alarms
40–50 mile weeks
Dialed-in nutrition and recovery

I’ll share the journey along the way. Not as a content creator, but as someone committed to the process, and if it inspires others, even better.
