⬇️ Detailed Lesson Progression with @wes.smelser.golf

Slide 1: Old posture had his upper body too far forward

Slide 2: Fencing exercise to engage his lower body and keep his center of mass more aligned with his foot pressure

Slide 3: Old swing shows over rotation causing him to lift his arms and side bend to get to the ball through impact

Slide 4: Step in drill to keep his right side engaged to create a proper load without lifting his arms too much

Slide 5: Old P5 in the downswing showed lack of depth from him rotating too quick from the top

Slide 6: Holding IR with his right leg longer in the downswing, helping the club shallow without him spinning too much early in transition

Slide 7: Wes’ exercise homework to build up that loaded feeling in his trail side!

Two awesome days with our @henningergolffarm team learning from @helixgolfinstitute on how much posture and pressure can shape a golf swing.

I am really excited to work on these concepts and help apply them to all of our Golf Farm clients!

Thank you for sharing your knowledge @the_tonygreco @chriswalkeygolf @mike_kay_dpt @braeden_koran_golf !!

⛳️Spring is here, and so is a fresh wave of facilities ready to change the way people experience golf.

In March, 28 golf facilities from across North America, the United Kingdom, and Mexico made the decision to join the Operation 36 network. That's 28 more places where a beginner can walk in, feel welcomed, and leave with a real score and a reason to come back.

Let's be honest, that matters more than most people realize. Finding a place where you actually feel like you belong in golf isn't always easy. These facilities are making sure it is.

If you have been thinking about getting into golf or getting better, this is your sign.

There is now an Operation 36 program closer to you than ever before.

Find an Op 36 program and get started. #operation36 #beginnergolf #playgolf #golfcoaching #golflessons #golf

Ever get that feeling you’re not alone… even when you definitely are? 👀

No one was putting. No one near the sim. And somehow… the ball had other plans.

Either my short game finally found life… or we’ve got a ghost working on lag putts.

Cue the Ghostbusters theme 🎶

I’m not saying the simulator is haunted… but I’m also not NOT saying it.

Who you gonna call? Because it’s definitely not fixing my 3-putts.#golflife #golf #golfswing #instagolf #inpursuitofbetter
