Let’s talk the three biggest mistakes golfers make after the season ⛳ Just because the golf season is coming to an end doesn’t mean you should stop taking care of your body! The offseason is one of the best opportunities to address physical limitations, build strength, and prepare yourself for next season.

Here are three common mistakes golfers make during the offseason:
1️⃣ Not Addressing Lingering Aches and Pains
Those small aches and pains you experienced throughout the season shouldn’t be ignored just because you’re no longer playing. Without addressing the underlying issues, these symptoms may return when you start golfing again in the spring. The offseason is a great opportunity to identify and address what’s contributing to your discomfort.
2️⃣ Ignoring Mobility
Mobility plays an important role in your ability to move efficiently throughout the golf swing. Neglecting areas such as your thoracic spine, hips, and shoulders during the offseason may leave you feeling stiff and restricted when you return to the course. Consistent mobility work can help maintain your movement and address limitations.
3️⃣ Neglecting Strength Training
The offseason is the perfect opportunity to build a stronger, more resilient body. Strength training can help improve your power, stability, and ability to tolerate the physical demands of golf. Rather than waiting until the season starts, use the winter months to develop a foundation that supports your performance on the course.

The work you put in during the offseason can make a big difference when spring arrives 💪 Take advantage of the time away from the course to recover, improve, and come back stronger next season! 🏌🏽‍♀️🏌🏻

It’s getting to the point where it’s almost too cold to play 😭 where’s your last round going to be for the season?

Can’t decide whether you prefer ocean or mountain golf? This place has both. 🌊⛰️

Nearly 90 years after Stanley Thompson designed it, @highlandslinks remains one of the most remarkable golf experiences in Canada.

From the Atlantic coastline to the quiet forests and mountains of Cape Breton, this is a course you need to experience.

A huge thank you to @highlandslinks and @golfnorthproperties for having us out, @adamhillphoto @visitcapebretonisland for helping us capture the beauty of this place from the air, and @strowbie for his incredible camera work bringing this story to life 🫶🏻

Recovering after a bad tee shot to the other fairway always felt great, even if it resulted in a double bogey 😭

What are some good drills for practicing lag putting?

Lately my mind's been noisy, I'm doubting every shot, and that's reflected on my score cards. I was playing so well and then recently it seems like I just forgot how to golf😭

BUT this was a good par 3 during a quick 9 at @uplandsgolfandskiclub, the closest @golfnorthproperties course to my family's place in Toronto.
