And just like that my rookie year has come to an end.

Grateful for the opportunities and lessons. Ended the season at the @epsontour Tour Championship. While not exactly the season I was looking for, I was able to maintain my Epson Tour card for next year. Now it’s time to get healthy and prepared for the 2027 season.

Thank you to @amy.dekock for hosting and cheering me on this past week!

Athlete Spotlight 🤩 @speer_lilly

„I’ve been using the PDI app as part of my training for a while now. What I like most is that everything’s finally in one place! It’s helped me think more clearly about my game and keep track of my progress.
Simple to use, and it fits into what I’m already doing.“

Last week, PGA professional John Vanderlaan putting in work in the Performance Zone with Kyle Panek.

First step always starts with the PDI, giving us a clear picture of the athlete and helping guide each phase of training that follows.
