When we first met we instantly connected — she, too, was in the nursing field (an RN) and we were both currently pregnant with twins!

You see, that's one of the most beautiful things about social media… it has the ability to connect us to some of the most incredible people!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I tell my husband all the time about my IG friends… but I’ve also shared with him how lucky I feel when one of them decided to become a teammate in this Beachbody journey. And that’s because I know it means I get to actually meet them in real life one day! While 2020 has prevented us from meeting (she has been a Coach for just shy of a year), I look forward to celebrating @kaeladeresa IN PERSON this year!

From day 1, she went all in. She works hard, she's eager to learn, she's coachable, and did this ALL with 3 kiddos under 3! Her focus started with her own postpartum journey. And because of the fact that she helped so many other women in her first few months as a Coach, she earned an exclusive sport in the Test Group for the program you've seen me doing. One of the best aspects of this business is that you get to choose the women you want to surround yourself with — the ones who will lift you up, make you a better person, inspire you daily, & become one of your closest friends!

Kaela does just that. She’s helped SO many women this year get started on their health and fitness journeys & a Coaching business of their own. She played an integral part in our team achieving Premiere this year, and I have no doubt this is just the beginning for her!

And it began with a selfish goal — to work on my postpartum journey and feel confident again. I needed a solution from home as a busy ARNP and new mom!

And then everything changed… I saw women on my team who turned Coaching into a life-changing opportunity! And, as a new mom, not only did I see the physical result but I saw so much more!

A chance to be working alongside women who lift me up EVERY. SINGLE. DAY.

On Friday, I got this call — a call to congratulate my team and I on becoming a Premiere Team! A huge honor in our business and something I could never have done without the incredible leaders & Coaches on my team!

This team was my lifeline in 2020 — a lifeline of purpose, passion, community, connection, and HOPE!
