It’s Monday and we are back at it! We kick off the week with a lone wolf defensive session, followed up with a high rep offensive session. We had players from @gomadlax, @nextlevellax, & @blc_lacrosse come out to sharpen their blade and get ready for the next challenge. The leaves may continue to change, however, work ethic stays the same if you #swimwiththesharks.

The Show @ecdlax MVP x IVY

The IVYs show up to The Show. Every single year of The Show one of the positional MVPs has committed to an IVY league program. On average, at least 4+ IVY league schools have attended every single year of The Show.

Friday was 🔥! We had so much heat at our back to back offensive sessions that we could’ve burned the house down! We had players today from @gomadlax, @nextlevellax, @vlclax, & @topcaliberlacrosse put in the sweat equity towards their game. The tide is high and there is blood in the water, however, you have nothing to worry about when you #swimwiththesharks!

The Show @ecdlax MVP x ACC

Win positional MVP at The Show? Pretty decent chance you’re headed to the ACC. In our first four years, exactly 25% of the positional MVPs committed to ACC schools, oh and got the sickest gear of the market from our loyal sponsor @ecdlax!

Unleash that Wednesday energy please! We had a well-attended and high-rep showing for our offensive and defensive sessions today as we attack the week. We had players from @gomadlax come and get prepped for their slate of weekend games. As the days draw closer to game day, it’s time to show who put in the work and who didn’t! However, those who don’t have to worry are those who #swimwiththesharks!

3x3 THE SKILL ACQUISITION FORCE MULTIPLIER. Keep your game sharp this winter with Ascension’s 3x3 Indoor League! This fast-paced, small-sided format is designed to maximize touches, accelerate decision-making, and develop the skills that translate directly to the field.

With fewer players and more opportunities to make plays, 3x3 challenges athletes to think faster, react quicker, and develop their lacrosse IQ. It’s high-intensity mental training without the physical demands of full-field competition, making it the perfect way to improve this winter.

Grab your buddies, build your team, and get ready to compete!

Lafayette 32’

I am incredibly excited to announce my commitment to play Division 1 lacrosse at Lafayette College.

First and most importantly, I want to thank God. None of this would be possible without him, and I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunities he has given to me

To my dad, thank you for being by my side at all times, always believing in me and pushing me to get better. You have been my biggest fan since day one, and I couldn’t have accomplished this without you. Those never ending car rides to tournaments, never missing a game, and the countless hours that you have spent to make me better. Your effort never goes unnoticed for me. To follow in your footsteps and play Division 1 lacrosse is truly an honor.

To my mom, thank you for your endless support for me. You have always been there for me especially when I needed it the most. You are my biggest supporter and I am so grateful for that.

Another thanks to my brother and the rest of my family, your guys’ support could not have been more helpful.

To my Madlax Coaches, Coach Maddux, Coach Bucci, Coach Ferguson, and Coach Panetti, thank you for guiding me and supporting me throughout the years

To my Episcopal Coaches, Coach Conklin, Coach Blunt, Coach Hall, Coach Knutson, and Coach AJ, thank you for believing in me and making me the type of player I am today.

A special thanks to the Goaliesmith team, Coach Gill, Coach Hawk, and Coach Mike for fixing up my game all the way from the ECD days back in 7th grade to today.

Another special thanks to Coach Rienzo for guiding me and helping me succeed during my recruiting class

Finally, a massive thank you to Coach Myers, Coach Hall, Coach Goldsmith, Coach Joyal, and the rest of the Lafayette staff for giving me this opportunity.

Go Leopards! 🐆
