WE DID ITTT!!

NU ‘31🐺

I am extremely excited and proud to announce my commitment to Northeastern University to continue my academic and athletic career!

First and foremost, I want to thank my parents for their endless support since I started running in eighth grade. They have been the backbone of my success, and none of this would be possible without them.

Thank you to Coach Hagan, Coach Scott, Coach Syd, Coach Miranda, and Coach Corum for showing me my potential and believing in me. You guys helped me become the best version of myself and taught me lessons that I’ll carry for a lifetime.

To my teammates, thank you for making me fall in love with the sport and every practice and meet unforgettable.

Lastly, a huge thank you to Coach Shaw and Coach Lonergan for all of their help throughout the recruiting process, for believing in me, and for giving me this incredible opportunity. I couldn’t be more excited to be a Husky!

Athlete.

Sprinter.

Playing sports since I can remember.

I've competed in Baseball, Soccer, Lacrosse, and Track & Field.

My destiny is to break 10 seconds in the 100m dash.

I love the process.

Let's train together!

Model.

I've been an amateur model for @marcus_earl for about 10 years.

This past year I got signed to @maggieagency as a professional model.

I've already gotten the opportunity to model for New Balance, Puma, J. Crew, and Bauer in less than 6 months since my first gig!

I love collaborating on cool projects (lmkkkk)

Creator.

Although I like keeping to myself, I realize that creative expression and social media are incredible tools which can be leveraged to greatly benefit out lives. (And it would be stupid of me not to utilize them)

In January of 2026, I created a new Instagram page @tristentraining where I decided I would post every single day for at least a year, so I can build a platform which supports me so I can continue pursing my athletic dreams, challenges me, and so I can share the value I've learned throughout my athletic career with others so they don't have to make the same mistakes I did! (consider a follow if you're a serious athlete)

I'm currently affiliated with @ovrperformance and @rollgahealth

These brands have products that have made my life as an athlete so much easier!

Content isn't the only thing I like to create.

I also really enjoying freestyling and making music!

Coach.

I got so deep into athletics that it only made sense to pursue coaching because I didn't want to put my experiences to waste.

Coaching is fulfilling because I can help athletes make something that's so complex a whole lot simpler.

I've coached athletes on the field, court, and track.

Elementary-HS, DI Collegiate, and adult athletes.

My specialies are speed development and general sports performance.

I will meet you where you're at.

If you're interested in training with me follow @tristentraining & @

I am incredibly blessed and excited to announce that I have officially committed to Northeastern University to continue my academic and athletic career as a Division I track & field athlete in the CAA Conference.

Above all, I want to thank God for continuing to bless me, guide me, and give me the strength and opportunities to pursue my dreams. None of this would be possible without Him.

I want to thank my family, friends, teammates, coaches, and everyone who has supported me throughout this journey. I am especially grateful to Coach Shaw and Coach Powell for believing in me and giving me the opportunity to compete at this level.

I’m extremely excited for this next chapter and everything that God has in store for me at Northeastern University.
