Say it with me! I am more then my physical body!

With all of my health issues its always great to remind myself I am more then just my physical body! I am more then a person who suffers from epilepsy! I am more then just my emotions i am more then my struggles! I am a father with amazing kids. I am an amazing partner and friend! I am caring kind and compassionate! I will celebrate your wins and be there for anyone who is struggling regardless if we are friends or not. I am special and it has nothing to do with my physical appearance! I am an inspiration i am loved and I am always looking out for everyone! Why because compassion and greatfulnes go hand in hand! Love yourself and others and always show compassion and empathy where you can! Stay safe and enjoy life 🙏 ❤️ 💜

Come learn these patterns with me at @glfproductions this weekend!!

*Friday at 1pm in Spot 8 is "Look Ma, No Fans" a fan/triad hybrid class going over triad translations with fan terminology while utilizing mainly the center ring grip

*Saturday at 1pm in Spot 2 is "Honeycomb Gridwork" which is an advanced triad class focusing soley on the hex grid with multiple grips

I will have 4-5 extra sets first come first serve for each class and don't forget to bring your wick covers and extra for others, they will be highly necessary for the hex grid on Saturday 🙌🏼🫶🏼

Seriously sm love for you guys!! 💗
The hype you bring to this prop keeps me going every day!! Im so blessed and honored to be able to teach and grow during this pioneering time for the yaddies 🙏🏼

Can’t say I’ve always been down for the clowning garb but I think them astral circus freaks rubbed off on me ⭐️🎪!!!

@soundhavenfestival y’all’s grounds design was proper this year!!

🎪👽

Thank you @caityscaptures for all of our incredibly beautiful group photos from @soundhavenfestival

I can’t say enough how awesome this crew is - both in talent and personality. So much support and so much love was shared. I’m still in awe.

Big thank you to @elements.flow / @elements.photo_ for capturing my first burn on the big stage AND helping me recover from one of the worst things that could have happened to me on stage ( a hoop drop 😱 ) by giving up his slot to let me get a contact staff burn in. That gesture meant more to me than I think anyone will ever know.

🩷🎪🤩
