It’s always fun to get to think outside the box and work with a fun group of business owners! I got to do a session for some local amazing dog trainers. I am a dog lover so it was so fun to get to include so many dogs at the session! These guys are so good at what they do and it was great getting to watch them in action!

Doors aren’t exits… their permission zones. teach your dog to wait, not bolt. Good door manners save lives. #canecorsopuppy #dogtraining #kingwoodtx #dogtrainingtips

Sit. Stay. Savasana. 🧘🐾

This weekend we slowed things down with our pups for a peaceful Sit Stay Savasana session — a calm yoga experience designed for both humans and dogs.

Between deep breaths, gentle stretches, and dogs relaxing on their place beds, the energy was exactly what we love to create at Raise The Woof:
✨ calm
✨ connection
✨ decompression

Dogs practiced settling, observing, and relaxing in a social environment, while their humans got a moment to reset.

A perfect reminder that training and wellness can go hand in paw. 🐕

Thank you to everyone who came out and shared the calm with us. Extra thanks to @good_daweg for teaching the place class + @dextreats for hosting such a beautiful space 🧘🦮

More events coming soon. 🐾

WE’RE BACK! All current and former clients are welcome to attend! This is a great chance to continue your training and test yourself as a handler around other dogs and people all while having support from your trainer! We moved the time earlier due to the higher temps coming back! We look forward to seeing you guys there!

At just six months old, she has already experienced trauma no dog should ever know. Found with something tied around her muzzle, underweight — yet still full of drive and joy.

Over the next three weeks, we focus on foundation.
Structure. Crate manners. Leash skills. Impulse control. Confidence building. Healthy socialization.

Rehabilitation isn’t just about “training.” It’s about teaching a dog how to feel safe in the world again.

This is why adoption matters. When we adopt, we give dogs a second chance at stability, clarity, and a life built on trust.

She’ll be available for adoption soon — and she deserves a community ready to show up for her. #adoptdontshop❤️ #trainingdogs #adoptme

This is what healthy (HOUSTONNNNN*) dog training culture looks like.

Local trainers coming together to work dogs, share space, and learn — without competition, comparison, or ego.

Community over insecurity.
Collaboration over isolation.

When trainers support each other, everyone wins — especially the dogs. 🐾 #houstondogtraining #houstondogtrainers

This is why we don’t train in isolation.
Dogs worked around other trainers and dogs today—each at a different stage of training—and still showed control, engagement, and neutrality. That’s real training, not just commands in a quiet room.#fyp #explore #dogtraining #houstondogtrainer #hooklink9
