Labrador Transformation ✨

What was once a home with just one bathroom has been completely reworked to create an entirely new layout. Now featuring a private ensuite, main bathroom and new laundry with an additional toilet.

The ensuite features a double vanity, double shower heads and smart toilet, with a barn door adding to the overall design.
In the main bathroom, we incorporated a cavity slider to maximise space and make the new layout as functional as possible

A complete renovation and rearrangement of the original floor plan, designed to make this home work so much better for everyday living.

We are so stoked with how this one came together and even better, our clients are just as happy with the finished result 🤎

Built by Bloom Constructions - Gold Coast • Northern NSW

Our Burleigh Ensuite Renovation 🤍

This space was designed to feel calm, warm and minimal while still featuring beautiful texture. The vertical feature tiles paired with the custom timber vanity create a soft, natural look that feels right at home on the coast. The stone top adds a timeless finish.

An ensuite designed to look just as good in 10 years.

Did anyone spot the butler’s pantry and hidden laundry in our previous kitchen posts?

This was something Jake and Kristen had in their original brief and we absolutely loved bringing it to life. Creating a tucked-away butler’s pantry and concealed laundry is such a clever way to add extra storage while keeping the main kitchen and living space feeling calm and uncluttered.

All the everyday mess - appliances, washing and kitchen overflow can stay neatly hidden, while still being right where you need it most. Not tucked away at the opposite end of the house.

There’s also so much beautiful storage cabinetry throughout this kitchen, which we love. It creates that real homely feel where everything has its place, while still being incredibly practical for everyday living.

At the centre of it all, a modern kitchen designed as the heart of the home.
Layered textures and warm tones form the base of the design, with a custom stone bench alongside natural timber cabinetry adding depth, character and a timeless feel.

Collaborating with Jake & Kristen to bring their vision to life has been an absolute pleasure.

New 40mm Carrara Mist benchtops from @stoneambassadoraus for this lovely customer. High top was very dated and wanted to open it up to the living area 😍 not to mention the new mixer and sink by @asbsplumbingandgas and new lights over the island by @goodfellaselectrical
