Late birthday post.

Theme: 90s dancehall ft the people I love

Thought: Life goes on. Some things change and some remain the same. But through it all we persevere. So we give thanks 🙏🏾

Survived Hyrox NYC on the Saturday they had a code 🔴 heat wave and code 🔴 air quality.

Yeah I don’t wanna hear a thing… every other Hyrox from now on will be a breeze!

A few months ago, I couldn’t have told you what HYROX was.

Then @goodgalre asked me to do this madness with her.

Now that I’ve run it, it’s:

8 runs.
8 stations.
A lot of questionable life choices.

Worth every second.

Ran my first half marathon today ❤️ 13.1 miles. Thankful for the ability to do hard things. Cried a little bit before I started running because I couldn’t believe I was actually doing it . Cried again when I saw my friends!🤞🏾

To everyone who encouraged me along this journey, provided support or even pushed me to keep showing up for myself when I didn’t want to , I love ya!

Never let fear or doubt stop you from doing the thing. Show up for yourself even when it’s hard & do things that younger you would be proud of!

Ok. Goodnight 🥹🌙

Almost everything was phenomenal 💯 especially the food (9.5 and deserved).
Ambiance? 9. Drinks? 8.9.
Well done @salvajesocialclub.nyc

But service came in at 5.8… and it cost them a near-9 overall.

Final Score: 8.3

Would I go back? Absolutely.
For the food alone? Every time.

We’re not here to hype it — we’re here to rate it.

If it doesn’t challenge you, it won’t change you. I ran the streets of Miami and it was worth every mile. I don’t run because I have to, I run because I can.
It’s a blessing 🙏🏾💪🏾

Another POV from my first-ever AdeRuns 5K Run for breast cancer awareness. This video honestly brings me a lot of joy—it captures that raw energy and pure enjoyment that only community can bring. I can truly say I was happy the entire run. Everything wasn’t perfect, but it was a success, and that’s all I could’ve asked for. Like I said, this was just the first—definitely not the last. So if you missed out this time, trust me, you won’t want to miss the next one. Sidebar - I was shook to let Jaytuan hold my camera because I don’t have a case lol & for those I didn’t take I reached the limit.
