Playing in a Goodgame tournament is always a great time, but playing for a cause that means so much makes it even more special.
Today, we’re hitting the courts to raise money for Tunnels to Towers, an incredible organization that honors and supports our nation’s first responders, military heroes, and their families. Grateful to be part of something bigger than the game, surrounded by great people,for such a meaningful and worthy cause. Every serve, rally, and point is for something that truly matters.The competition was fierce, the games were close and we came out on top today. Thank you @goodgame_pickleball for great day and amazing medals and @paddles_up_pickleball for hosting. And most of all my partner @tracey_m1970 for putting up with my shenanigans and always talking me off the ledge. ♥️🤍💙 🇺🇸never forget.

🇺🇸 Some days are about more than the game. This is one of them. 🇺🇸

On September 13th, we come together on the courts not just to compete, but to HONOR. REMEMBER. NEVER FORGET.

GoodGame is proud to join Paddles Up Pickleball and our Long Island pickleball community in supporting the Tunnel to Towers Foundation and paying tribute to the heroes and lives lost on September 11th, 2001. ❤️🤍💙

We play for something bigger. We play in remembrance. 🇺🇸

All divisions will now be starting at 10AM. Now there will only be very limited spots per bracket.

These symbolic medals will be distributed to our medalists. 🤩

It’s been a LONG time since I’ve played a tournament, and man, it felt GOOD to be back!

@kellydornan and I got off to a rough start, going 1–3 in pool play. We were playing well, but just couldn’t seem to finish points when it mattered.

Luckily, my partner had some serious willpower and made a key adjustment—encouraging me to play bigger, be more imposing, and trust our game.

And just like that… things started clicking and we managed to snag bronze!

Fun lesson from the day:
It’s all in your head, bro!

Great competition, a lot of fun. Thanks @goodgame_pickleball for another great tourney!

The cherry on top 🍒? Having my wife and son come out to support me. That made the day even more special.

Man!! What a day, second place with Eddy and just missing out on first…my man played like a boss and carried us and it’s always a honor and pleasure to play with that man!! Congrats to the winners man, fun games fun games!!!!

So yesterday first time partnership and we finished 4th out of 20…I mean it’s not a medal but that’s pretty good I would say (gold and silver came from our pool play too shout out to them and the bronze winners, always love and respect and most importantly I always true to give that #goodgame for all of you)…shout out to @babybosh7 for freaking matching my energy and intensity man!! lol I know a lot of ppl probaly were hating on our loudness but it’s all good cause we about to be loud again cause you know we gotta run this back with you not feeling sick (crazy this lady was fighting a fever and still kicked ass and almost got us a medal cause she carried my ass all day!!!) as always shout to the @goodgame_pickleball crew for putting on a great tournament as always, @pickleballprimeli for just being a beautiful host again and again..hey @fridaypickleball the #aurapro is underrated and you guys deserve much more than what I think you guys get, I loved mine and can’t wait to continue to kick ass with it, might have to work with you guys man you guys have something special and once the whole pickleball community sees it wow can’t wait…as always @merrick_in_a_pickle ty for being my family that allows me to be me and be weird and loud :) and my beautiful best friend/wife @em_syers for coming thru with the kids and supporting me, hope I made you guys proud, daddy loves all of you 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼

Fun time this morning playing with @blaustein.barry and taking home Silver! Barry's first doubles medal! 🙌🎉 Great playing by everyone today for a great cause and congrats to all.

I’m SO incredibly proud of these two! They played in an adult tournament today 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻placing 4th place out of 5 teams in their pool during round robin (3.0-3.5 bracket). 👏🏻👏🏻 Most importantly, their attitude was top notch and they had a great time!

Two 10-11 year olds playing against full grown adults. 🤩 Thankful to the adults who were cheering on these kids today, especially their competitors!

Really great job, kids. Keep grinding. 🏋️ 🥒 The sky’s the limit! ⭐️⭐️🌈 Excited to see how far you’ll go in your pickleball journey !
