So much to say. So much to get through. But it’s probably best summed up right now through the eyes of a child. Taking Isaac to his first ever festival, and that festival being @weoutherefest was something magical and unforgettable for both of us. No more words right now. I’m still processing. But huge love to @noahballnoahballnoahball and @gillespeterson for making these memories possible. More to come….

On a day when the racist flag shaggers took over central London, it was heart warming to see a multi-cultural, happy, peaceful group of friends and neighbours come together in a small enclave of North London to celebrate each other and our community. From a sprightly 91 year old Italian entertainer whose secret to long life is “MUSIC!” to a local teenage band playing in public for the first time to our local gospel choir to the Tweenies jamming along with the band, it was another life affirming afternoon in N8. Love and thanks to @misssoxee @goodtimecoley @soulsa_london and Lex for joining me on the decks. To @audiogold for the beautiful sound. To @jakethesax @phatphrequency and Paul Downes for the live jam, and to all our neighbours, especially the amazing Laurie, for making this another beautiful day of music and friendship. In our small way, it was a big two fingers up to division, hatred and ignorance that seems to be sweeping across the country at the moment. #willswapracistsforrefugees #freepalesti̇ne #community #music #love #life
