HUNT FELONS. ACT. DON'T TALK. 💀⚔️

Some chase recognition. Others chase fugitives.

The work doesn't need an audience. It needs men willing to show up, put in the work, and get shit done.

LESS TALK. MORE ACTION.

We utilize our most valuable resources to stay dangerous. Money and time that we won’t get back. Martial arts are not a required training to be a cop. Yet somehow most departments deem it mandatory to have their Officers do training modules which often times have nothing to do with the job.

Trainings are expensive whether it be Martial arts, shooting, or tactical courses. I tip my hat to every one of you who go above the standard and seek these trainings despite your agency not requiring it.

That rookie isn't the problem. Your complacency is. 💀

Some of these new guys still have the fire, the hunger, and the willingness to get after it. Instead of killing their motivation, try mentoring them.

YOUR BURNOUT ISN'T THEIR BURDEN TO CARRY.

Protect the hunger. Kill the complacency.
