Let’s celebrate out fabulous Charity Sector for all they do !

The Charity Sector has been under extraordinary pressure over the past 18 months.

🙈societal issues such as poverty and mental health have been exacerbated due to the pandemic

🙈funding has decreased due to events being cancelled and charity shops closed

🙈furlough for many staff; wfh and juggling home-schooling for others

🙈being removed from their colleagues left people feeling unsupported and disconnected

And yet, as always charities, small and large have risen to the challenges and have played a crucial role in responding to the multiple crises triggered by Covid-19.

In order to offer some support, inspiration and practical tools for the challenges ahead, @heartcentredleaders are running their 1st Charity Thrive Conference on October 14th online and in-person #charitythrive

We cannot wait to share with you our fabulous speakers and promise you a day to remember !

NB: all session recordings will be available to delegates after the event so don’t worry if you can’t make the whole day!

Here’s the link with more info: bit.ly/charitythriveconference

Grateful that so many of you were able to join me yesterday for the 2nd of my lunchtime leadership webinar series!

This time we explored Courageous Leadership.

One of the aspects we looked as was 6 blocks to Courageous Leadership (see the pic below)

Which other blocks would you add to that list?

If you missed the session and would like to see the recording, please message me YES in the comments and I'll send it over to you.

PS: There's still time to book your tickets for the Thrive Charity Conference on 14th Oct in person in Aylesbury or online

And if you can't spare the whole day, don't worry! You'll have access to the recordings after the event too!
