Washougal was a bust but PIR was sick!! Washougal moto scores were 30-25 with a pretty good OTB with 6 mins to go, while running right just outside of points in the first moto. Qualifying 19th was really good though so definitely some positives to take away from the day. PIR was an absolutely perfect day! Holeshot and win in both the Heat and the Main with leading every lap, it can’t get much better than that! Thank you to @thursdaynightmotocross for putting the race on! Thank you to @motosportinc for helping me out for the day! I do have a YouTube video posted on the day! Go watch it!

Mammoth 2026.

What an incredible three days at the iconic Mammoth Motocross track. After racing each day, I got to explore the mountains, lakes, and surrounding wilderness with my dad and family. The views were unreal, and the quality time together made the trip even more memorable. I was grateful just to be there, taking it all in and enjoying every moment.

On the track, I had a lot of fun racing. I got a few good starts and finished 12th overall in Schoolboy 2, the 250 B/C class.

On Saturday, I raced 250 C, which had 83 riders split into three divisions. I finished 6th in my division, which qualified me for the main event.

The main didn’t start the way I had hoped. I didn’t get the best jump off the gate, lost a little traction, and because I was so far inside, I got pinched off. I made contact with another rider, went down hard in the first corner, got my arm caught in someone’s rear wheel, and was run over by several bikes. Somehow, I walked away without any broken bones.

Fortunately/unfortunately the race was red flagged, which gave me a second chance. I lined back up on the gate, even though I was in a lot of pain. I couldn’t feel my left hand, and the adrenaline was doing most of the work. Looking back, racing again probably wasn’t the smartest decision, but I wasn’t about to give up that opportunity.

I got a solid start and came out around 5th. For several laps I held my position, but as the pain in my left hand got worse, I struggled to work the clutch. That led to a simple mistake, and I slid out. I dropped from 5th to 10th, then continued to fade as the race went on, eventually finishing 15th.

It wasn’t the result I wanted, but that’s racing. Mammoth is one of the toughest amateur races in the country, and I knew it wasn’t going to come easy. This was only my second time racing here, and I learned a lot. Every lap was experience, and every setback was another lesson.

No bear this year, but I’ll be back. Next time I’ll come with more experience, more confidence, and even more determination.

*SX Season Recap*

This was definitely my best and worst supercross season to date. The best thing I can do is take the positives as there were a lot. I showed a lot of different things but I’m sure the biggest thing that I showed is that I don’t quit. It sucks that some of the negatives were just plain bad luck but I’m learning every step of the way. I’m glad I got to show some of the speed I have at Salt Lake City. Obviously super bummed with how the night ended but glad to be okay and will be good to go for outdoors! Had so many people help me throughout this season and I can’t thank everyone enough! Gonna keep working my butt off. The clock doesn’t stop ticking. No excuses.

Best supercross finish of mine to date. Was riding pretty tight at the beginning of the day. Altitude definitely played a big part. Main event I was actually able to get a flow going and rode the best I have in any main that I’ve done. Unfortunately had a friendly fire takeout while running 16th but only loss that spot. Still have so much more in the tank. Got a double header this week with the @pulpmx Privateer LCQ challenge on Friday and @supercrosslive on Saturday! Let’s finish this SX season out on strong note! 💪
