for the girlies who don’t mind
getting a little dirt in their nails
laying with the ants
bathing in the lake
connecting with strangers
& watching the stars.

who find safety in the circle
find stillness in the breath
find freedom in the movement
& find more of themselves in the journey.

the most powerful part?
it’s not a fancy resort
it’s just an exchange with the land
it’s an opportunity to really connect
fully embraced by the mountains & trees
the earth truly beneath you
there’s nothing more sacred than that.
a voyage through the heart.

an opportunity to feel
earthed
embodied
& empowered

📷 FILM FRIDAY 🎞️

Last month, I camped with some friends, celebrated @movingmountainsmeg bday, and hiked a 14er, and had the most whimsical weekend outdoors with the girls 🎉

So happy I brought my film camera to capture the mems!

My favorite time of the year~ camping season in Colorado!! ⛰️🥾🌞💖🌲

@rvshare helped me have the best birthday in the mountains with friends! I booked a cute little van to camp & adventure in & Willow & I were so cozy together!

It doesn’t get much better than this! Hoping to relive this weekend all summer long!

✨👏 I LOVE CAMPING WITH THE GIRLS 👏✨

We had the most magical, whimsy-filled weekend celebrating @movingmountainsmeg birthday!

Dancing on our rooftops at sunset, tarot cards, camp cooking together, reece’s s’mores, impromptu 14er, touring each other’s car camp set-ups, slingshotting at trees, sun bathing, hiking a mountain with a basic, trail charcuterie, film cameras, and endless giggles!

These are the vibes I want all summer long!

colorado, is where you’ll find her . . .

sleeping in the wild, climbing the tallest peaks, bathing in the lakes, dancing with the trees, singing to the canyons, all summer long . . . with the raddest of companions 🫶
move along . . . 🌞🎶🏔️🏕️🥾

just girls in the Rockies doing rad things together!💖⛰️🪩🎂🥾🌞🌲🦄

a birthday 14er wasn’t the original plan- but when your friends are wild, you’re easily convinced & decide to save the 2 mile trail run for a ‘regular day’ !!

3:45 am wake up was worth it & the protein pancakes, coffee, & eye patches the next morning made it all better!🤌🏼🥱☕️

A weekend full of strong girlie things! 💪🏼✨
can we climb on our vans for sunset!? Yes, let’s do it!
can we make it up this rocky road? YOU BET
will we make it up 4,500 feet to summit? DUH
can we make it to Melly in time before it closes? YEP

rocked & rallied this weekend! 🤘🏼

thx for kicking summer off with me girlies!!💜 Willow and I will be horizontal for the next few days before the next adventure starts!
