Why Petrol Prices in India Don’t Spike Instantly (Even if Oil Hits $150) 🇮🇳⛽

Crude oil moving from $80 → $150 doesn’t mean your local petrol pump prices will rise tomorrow. Here is why India has a “buffer” against global price shocks:

• Strategic Reserves: India maintains 25–45 days of crude oil stock for emergencies.

• Diversified Imports: Increased supply from countries like Russia helps stabilize the immediate hit.

• Delayed Impact: While short-term pressure exists, the retail price impact is usually not immediate.

⚠️ SAFETY WARNING: Storing petrol or diesel in bottles or cans at home is illegal and a massive fire hazard. It is never worth the risk.

Stop the panic buying! Share this with someone who needs to see the facts. 👇
