What a joy to have Robin Heffernan, of Palos Verdes, CA, with us this Monday morning (8/10) on Living Prayer at 9am PT / 12pm ET. Faithful to Young Life for many years (45+), she has been involved as a kid, leader, committee, Capernaum Director, has served on the YL Los Angeles Regional Team. With host Jamie Lisea, come hear Robin’s YL story and be encouraged!

We are sad that our scheduled speaker, Natalie Godshall, is unable to join us due to health.

But we are excited that Jes Claydon @mauijclay will be sharing the weekend with us as speaker. 😀

Her words:
“I am a woman practicing walking - not running - with Jesus daily. I am wife to Andy for 28 years and a mother to three young adults. I have been around Young Life for 35 years, the last 18 in Lahaina on Maui. I am a recovering perfectionist who values authenticity, enjoys a good laugh and is often reminded that not everyone is fluent in sarcasm, nor considers it the sixth love language as I do. I truly love the outdoors just as much as I enjoy being at home. I am curious how the Lord will lead me in sharing this weekend with you.“

Leader Weekend 2023 in the books🎉 So grateful for our volunteer leaders! They are caring adults who pray for kids, meet kids on their terms and build relationships with them. All we do with kids in town is possible because of our fun spirited and dedicated team (pictured and not). Thank you, leaders!

A fun night out at the LA Clippers game! Young Life was the non-profit of the game with opportunities to be on the court. 300+ kids, leaders and families across LA were together having a blast. Thank you @laclippers for caring for kids across LA!
